I have been to this museum in 2017 and found its floorplan/function is exactly what SANAA aimed for. The building is not just a museum but a museum and community space for local residents.
There are five entrances and visitors can freely enter the outer part of the circle which is a community space for free from those entrances. In addition, the exhibition rooms inside the circle are not adjacent to each other and must be exited. This makes the move from the outside to the inside visible, from a closed space to an open space, and creates a connection between inside and outside.
